They are now drawing comparisons between She-Hulk and Deapool, asserting that "despite the fact that She-Hulk employs humor, people find that show offensive due to its female lead."

Why She-Hulk flopped:

She-Hulk had potential, but Marvel was so focused on diversity and inclusion that they overlooked hiring outstanding writers and directors. The director of She-Hulk has even stated that there is no actual enemy; all men are villains in the show.

She-Hulk lacked character development from beginning to end; even the battle scenes were awkward and cringe-worthy; they made the entire show into a joke, which fans disliked.

 

Why people love Deadpool:

Deadpool is an R-rated character; if he is made PG-13, fans will be disappointed. People want to see blood, gore, and a little sex. Deadpool jokes work because he is goofy but not dumb, the character's writing is clever, he has an emotional as well as a humorous side, and his jokes just resonate with the audience because they are true to his personality and do not appear forced.

 

Is it appropriate to compare She-Hulk and Deadpool?

No, those who think She-Hulk jokes are the same have not seen Deadpool. She-Hulk is not a bad character in comics, but she is a bad character on television due to her poor writing. Deadpool in the comics is more insane, and I believe they nerfed him in the films.

It also comes down to the performers; Tatiana Maslany isn't hilarious in real life, and she doesn't look well as She-Hulk, but Ryan Reynolds is just himself as Deadpool; he is Deadpool; that's why people adore him.

 

Do men despise female superheroes?

No. Why do people forget that guys adored Black Widow and Scarlet Witch, and that even grown men wept when Black Widow died because she had so much character development and people cared about her? Many people forget that males despised "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier," which features two well-known male characters. Nowadays, after Endgame, the writing is so awful that people no longer care about anything, which is why Marvel has failed and fans see hope in Deadpool.
