Anyone who wants to see nudity in films looks for an R MPA rating, but these days, even R-rated films don't contain much nudity or sex. But what can we do? Hollywood has become obsessed with hiding beautiful bodies and not adding sex. There are lots of R-rated films releasing in the remaining months of September and October, but not all of them interest me, so here are eight R-rated films that I am looking forward to watching. (1) The Love Hypothesis Lili Reinhart stars in this Prime Video film based on a novel. It is rated R for some sexual content/nudity. She has clearly said in interviews that the film has tamed the explicit sex scenes from the novel, and she has a blink-and-you-miss-it nip slip, but I am still excited to watch it for the sex scene. Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo premiered at TIFF, and so far it is getting negative reviews. Critics call it bad and dull, but we don't really care about that, do we? It stars Lily James and Liv Morgan. Morgan plays a politician's daughter who goes missing, and Lily is an American FBI agent who searches for her with the help of a corrupt, drug- and gambling-addicted Tokyo detective. The detective is first shown with two prostitutes. One is giving him a BJ, and of course, we don't see her sucking his ding-dong. The other prostitute just films herself. Lily James also has a sex scene in which she rides the detective while looking out the window and seeing the Tokyo skyline. The detective says mid-sex, "How it feels to be f**ked by a scumbag." Sadly, there's no nudity of her in this. We just see her bare back and a close-up of her face, but it is hot. That's all there is in the film. New images from the Prime Video series are out. The series takes place after the 2017 film Blade Runner 2049 and stars Hunter Schafer as a human posing as a replicant and Michelle Yeoh as a replicant at the end of her lifeline. In all the promotional material we've gotten so far, it doesn't look like the series is as explicit as we thought it would be. Of course, a full trailer will make things much clearer, but so far, we only see glimpses. A stripper club was teased, which is common in these types of cyberpunk series. Another replicant is shown coming out of their shell, who I think is female, so some nudity might also be there. Hunter Schafer also talks about getting sprayed by a weird gooey substance, which is slimy, and then Michelle Yeoh sensually takes it off her face. So, I think their dynamic, which I don't think will be a lesbian one, will also be fun to see. Netflix just dropped the Korean series The Scandal , and I am not really surprised to see this much nudity and sex. We all know what Netflix has become these days. They rarely give fans good sex scenes in mainstream shows catered to the US audience, but they go all out on Latin shows/movies and used to produce some really erotic movies and shows for European audiences. Lately, though, they are also going for tamed content and try to get away with as little sex and nudity as possible. Most of the time, the content they film is mostly in the dark, or there are too many cuts, which makes it hard to enjoy. And it looks like, aside from the Latin audience, where they are trying to spread their roots fast using beautiful actresses, they have now started doing the same with Korea.
