Dakota Johnson & Anne Hathaway Get Naked in Verity — New Details


I thought Verity might not have much nudity, but now new details have come up from its Paris and London premieres this past week.

The film, as you may already know, stars Dakota Johnson (Lowen) and Anne Hathaway (Verity). Lowen is a writer who is hired by Verity's husband, Jeremy, to finish her book because she is sick. Lowen moves into Verity's house and discovers a disturbing manuscript that appears to reveal Verity's darkest secrets. At the same time, Lowen becomes attracted to Verity's husband, Jeremy, and starts questioning whether Verity is really as helpless as she appears.

The film contains breast and buttock nudity during sex, but sadly, we don't get a full-frontal shot. However, we do see some nipples from both actresses.

Anne Hathaway is topless in the shower, and some of her butt is visible. Dakota Johnson is naked during a sex scene, which becomes rough as Jeremy takes control.

In one scene, Lowen is masturbating topless in bathtub while thinking about Jeremy. In her fantasy, she is kissing him, but then suddenly Verity replaces him, and we see both ladies kissing for a few seconds before Lowen gets spooked. This scene is also in the trailer, and there are no other lesbian moments.

Jeremy also performs oral sex on Lowen, and to keep her moaning down, she bites the headboard next to Verity's bite marks and tries to leave a deeper mark.

So while this isn't Basic Instinct, the sex and nudity are good by modern standards.

Releasing October 2nd in theaters.
