Netflix's The Leopard starring Monica Bellucci's daughter, Deva Cassel


Netflix has released the first trailer for 'The Leopard,' based on the popular Italian novel by 'Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa.' The trailer gives us a glimpse of Sicilian aristocracy through the eyes of Prince Fabrizio Salina, a nobleman who watches his world change as Italy undergoes unification.

This series will be the first of Monica Bellucci's daughter, Deva Cassel. She made her acting debut in 2023 in the movie 'The Beautiful Summer.' She is just 20, but she has amazing acting talent, just like her mother, and she is also bold and is not afraid to show skin.

In the trailer we didn't see any sexual scenes, and it is not clear if the series actually has any, but the novel has some really good sexual scenes and tones.

Deva Cassel, playing 'Angelica,' is described as a beautiful and vivacious woman, and her allure plays a significant role in her rise within the aristocratic world.

While the sex is not the focus of the novel, it definitely plays an important part, but we just have to see if Netflix will make any good changes to the live-action adaptation.
