Gina Carano is attempting to sue Disney and Lucasfilm for discrimination and wrongful termination and is seeking a court order to force Lucasfilm to recast her.

Elon Musk will pay for her legal bill because of his promise to support those who claim they have been discriminated against on Twitter.

Personal thoughts:

Although I personally supported her, this move is just showing that her acting career has failed and she needs Star Wars to save her, although one can say that she wants justice.

Gina was actually good in Madalorian Seasons 1 and 2, but she was no way the glue who was holding the viewers; it was the story, Baby Yoda, and Pedro Pascal. But after season 1, they changed many things, and their creativity plummeted, and that was the reason for the show's failure.
